30-Day Return Period: Unless you have a separate agreement with Cerebrum Technology, or except as provided below, refunds may be made if requested and approved by Cerebrum Technology within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase on the invoice for a refund or credit of the purchase price paid. After the 30-Day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first 30 days after their purchase to ensure it meets your needs.
All approved returns must be received by Cerebrum Technology within 7 calendar days of the return approval date, otherwise, the amount of the refund or credit may be reduced or eliminated.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 calendar days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

This means that if a customer provides notice to cancel their subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, which is typically 30 days from the date of the notice.
If a customer cancels their subscription before the end of the current billing cycle, they will still be responsible for paying the full amount of the subscription fees for the remainder of the billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for any unused portion of the subscription term.
We reserve the right to cancel a subscription at any time, for any reason, without notice to the customer. In such cases, we will provide a prorated refund for any unused portion of the subscription term.

Customers may cancel the agency services provided by Cerebrum at any time, for any reason, by providing us with written notice of their intent to cancel. Such notice must be provided in writing and sent to our support team via email.

Cerebrum HotLeads Bundles
There is a strict "no refunds" policy for Cerebrum HotLeads Bundles, once a Bundle has been paid for, it is not possible to cancel the order and request a refund.

Customers may cancel their subscription to Cerebrum HotLeads Plan at any time, for any reason, by providing us with written notice of their intent to cancel. Such notice must be provided in writing and sent to our support team via email.

If a customer cancels thier Cerebrum HotLeads subscription, they will no longer have access to the Leads in the CRM system. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they have export any data they wish to retain prior to cancellation.
